Davis Entertainment Group
Proudly Serving All Who Serve Since 1992!
Comics On Duty World Tour has built a reputation for quality entertainment based on three basic principles: Talent, Support and Flexibility.
Talent: The Comics On Duty World Tour Talent are selected based on a number of different performance criteria, designed to provide a well rounded and successful performance. Our comedians must exhibit a solid stage presence, have the ability to perform a network caliber show and have extensive industry experience, including national television credits on networks such as A&E, MTV, Comedy Central, HBO, BET, Showtime; major club experience; and/or movie or television writing experience.
Shows generally present up to 4 headline comedians performing 20 to 30 minute sets, which adds up to a solid 90 minute performance. The show content or rating is designated by each host installation/unit and can be suited to any audience. While Comics On Duty is designed to benefit a military audience, our standard show content is consistent with a television PG-13 rating system.
Support: For host installations, the Comics On Duty World Tour brings a remarkable comprehensive entertainment program, complete with stage backdrop, CONUS sound & lights, and talent package consisting of national headline comedians. To complete the show experience, Comics On Duty World Tour comedians sign autographs, mingle with the audience and give out free Comics On Duty World Tour patches or other memorabilia.
Advanced performance marketing support is provided to enhance the success of your marketing efforts for each event. This support includes digital and print versions of promotional materials — logos, flyers, posters and autograph cards. DEG will work with each host location to personalize the marketing elements to insure continuity of the program visibility and highlight your performance details. The marketing materials are produced in-house and are included with the confirmation of a performance date.
Flexibility: Comics On Duty offers each host installation a unique multi-show option, designed to reach and entertain different audiences in different venues. While the multi-show option is contingent on logistics, our performance flexibility can afford the ability to reach more of your personnel. Over the past 20+ years, the Comics On Duty World Tour has performed in a multitude of venues such as the O-Club, E-Club, NCO Club, Community Center, Gym, Cafeteria, Theater, Outdoor Venues and tents, aboard ship and at remote locations on the front lines.
